PLACING AN ORDER

What if I need help placing my order?

What payment types does FIFTHSENSE LLC accept?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Paypal.

How is tax calculated on my order?

We calculate sales tax according to Federal and State guidelines. Tax is calculated based on the shipping address and the appropriate rules for that tax jurisdiction.

Does FIFTHSENSE LLC offer gift receipts?

Unfortuantely, we do not offer gift receipts at this time.

SHIPPING

How do I track my order?

You will recieve a shipping confirmation message via email and/or SMS once your order has left our facility that includes a tracking link for your order.

What shipping options does FIFTHSENSE LLC offer?

At this time, we currently order standard shipping and pick up for all orders. Please visit our Shipping & Exchanges page for more information.

Does FIFTHSENSE LLC ship internationally?

Unfortuantely, at this time we do not ship internationally.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

What is FIFTHSENSE LLC return policy?

We do not currently accept any returns or exchanges.

How do I cancel or change my order once completed?

Since all orders are processed right after payment, there is a 15 mintue window for order adjustments. In regards to order cancellations, please email [email protected] immediately to recieve assistance.
